Positive: I am so glad I chose to spend my birthday at La Mésanges. It was a truly magical experience that I will never forget. If you are planning a visit to Giverny, this is the place to stay! My Birthday Highlights: • Monet’s Garden: Being just a short walk away from Claude Monet’s house and gardens was a dream. I was able to spend the entire day immersing myself in the water lilies and the vibrant colors of the Clos Normand. • Wonderful Hosts: Sébastien and Alice are the heart of this place. They were so incredibly thoughtful and even arranged a lovely small birthday gift for me! Their hospitality made me feel right at home. • Perfect Dining: I had two dinners at the guinguettes, the famous riverside cafes captured in Renoir’s iconic paintings. The atmosphere was lively and historic—a perfect way to end a day of art. Highly recommend! This stay turned a simple birthday into a beautiful memory. I can’t wait to return.

Positive: Lovely interior, I could live here myself! Small outside table and seating area which was lovely. Window looks out onto a quirky garden next door. A cat visited us daily from this window which was a nice surprise too. Decent sized fridge was good. Very comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast.
